Training Section Tour Contained within this section of Gym Odyssey is the information needed to improve your life through the embracing of progressive exercise. The section consists of two categories: General Training: This section provides information relating to all matters training based. Included are pieces covering our attitude to training, the impact on our efforts by the actions of others and many proven exercise routines and techniques. Advanced Training: The advanced training section looks at the ways in which we can test ourselves further once a firm exercise foundation has been established.
