The e-Book section of Gym Odyssey is designed to cater for the larger documents that we provide. Once you are a full member of the Gym Odyssey site you can download any material that is available within this section.
When downloading the e-Books they can be viewed in a
PDF viewer, the same method used to access
other Gym Odyssey material. If you have access to a PDA
or an electronic organiser the e-Books can
also be downloaded to these devices. By
doing so you will have the ability to
utilise Gym Odyssey at your convenience. Given the hectic nature of modern life this
could prove very productive.
