Diet Section Tour


Here at Gym Odyssey we fully acknowledge the uniqueness of each of us as individuals, how and why we think and act will play as much of a part in our self improvements efforts as the foods we choose to eat. With this in mind the diet section of the members area will cover a broad range of subjects including the cost of supplements, the benefits of protein and the food sources required to develop a healthy body.

Alongside these pieces will be practical self help aids such as self assessment sheets, and documents discussing the role our minds play in the dietary process.
