Do I need any special software or PC to join?

The Gym Odyssey Network and Site only requires you to have a standard PC, and obvious an internet connection. Once you have joined you will be able to get started straight away. All of the Documents in Gym Odyssey are created in PDF format, so the only application you will need is a PDF viewer - Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This application is normally installed on ALL computers as standard and is FREE. If for some reason you are missing this application do not worry, you can download the application right from Gym Odyssey. Just follow the link on the left hand site of this page.
