Take a hike?
Although it would appear obvious, it seems the
majority of people still do not equate regular
walks to improved fitness and wellbeing. Studies
again show that walking burns calories every bit
as efficiently as jogging. Within a society
where time is money, the car remains both our
greatest ally and our biggest fitness adversary.
So how do we strike a healthy balance? That of
course, is very much down to the individual,
circumstance and schedule are rarely taken fully
into account. Its certainly food for thought,
and the feet.

One of the great things about the internet is
its ability to bring together the likeminded,
regardless of time and distance. Over the last
week, the Gym Odyssey community has been joined
by members from Canada and the Ukraine. This
common interest in self improvement is the
thread that binds all of humanity. As ever, Gym
Odyssey would like to wish all of its members
